The Excel Centre is in the centre of the town and also contains the cinema, art gallery and cafe. Mitchell Street is parallel to the Main street in the town.There is car parking available opposite the Excel Centre in the Market Yard car park.The yoga classes are held in the Art Gallery on the 4th floor.

Take the N7 from Limerick until you come to the Carrowkeel Roundabout (Limerick Bypass) Continue straight following the N7 road for Dublin until you come to the next roundabout the Lisnagry Roundabout. Take the first left off the roundabout and then at the next small roundabout turn left again and the school is 100metres down this road on the right. Entry to the hall is at the left hand side of the school(when you are facing it) through the side door.
